Terms of sale
Effective from: 7 October 2026
1. Seller
PROMY, UAB, company code 305651943, VAT number LT100015225518, registered address Bajorų Sodų 10-oji g. 13, Vilnius, LT-08426, Lithuania. Tel. +370 676 15445, email info@promyengine.com (hereinafter "Promy").
2. Scope
These terms apply to orders placed on promyengine.com/get using an audit code supplied by Promy. The service is intended for business customers only (legal entities and persons acting for business or professional purposes). It is not offered to consumers acting outside a trade or profession. By placing an order the customer confirms that it acts for business purposes and is authorised to represent the company named in the order.
3. What the customer buys
A website audit report and an SEO and content strategy package (PDF files) for the specified domain. Before payment the order page shows an audit summary and the price; the full content is delivered after payment. The report reflects the state of the website at the time of measurement.
4. Ordering and formation of the contract
The customer enters the audit code, completes the order form, accepts these terms and the Privacy policy, and is redirected to the secure Stripe payment page. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms the payment. The payment session is valid for a limited time (about 35 minutes); after it expires the order must be placed again. Each audit code can be ordered once.
5. Price, VAT and payment
- The order page shows the final price in euros including Lithuanian VAT (21%), as well as the price excluding VAT and the VAT amount. The price is fixed when the order is created.
- Payment is made by bank card on the secure Stripe payment page. Promy does not see or store card details.
- If the customer is a VAT-registered business in another European Union member state and provides a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism may apply. In that case the invoice is issued without VAT and the VAT portion paid is refunded to the card used for payment.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details given in the order form and on the Stripe page (company name, code, address, VAT number).
6. Invoice
Promy sends the invoice by email to the address given in the order form within 5 business days after payment. The invoice is issued as already paid by card.
7. Delivery
After successful payment the audit report and the SEO package are sent as PDF attachments to the email address given in the order form, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email (check your spam folder), write to info@promyengine.com and we will resend the files.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
- The service is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Because the contract is concluded with a business customer, the consumer 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
- We refund the price if: (a) the package was not delivered through our fault and we could not deliver it within 2 business days of your notice; (b) the report clearly does not relate to the specified domain.
- Refunds are reviewed and processed within 14 days of the request and are paid to the card used for payment.
- Send requests to info@promyengine.com stating the order number (ORD-XXXXXXXX) and the audit code.
9. Rights of use
The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the reports for its internal business purposes and for the benefit of the owner of the specified domain. The reports may not be sold, distributed to third parties or published as the customer's own work. Copyright in the reports remains with Promy.
10. Liability
- Reports and recommendations are informational. Promy does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue.
- A website's condition changes over time; the report is valid as of the measurement date.
- Promy's liability for losses is limited to the order price excluding VAT, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited (for example intent or gross negligence).
11. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies. We try to resolve disputes by negotiation; failing that, they are heard by the courts of Vilnius, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
Promy may change these terms. The terms in force at the time of the order apply to that order.
